Will Smith cut all of Jaden Smith's Dreadlocks. Yay or Nay?

Whether you loved them or hated them, Jaden Smith’s eye-catching bleached dreads are no more. Coachella-goers were the first to get a glimpse of the 18-year-old’s freshly shaved head (and his new girlfriend, Odessa Adlon, who was actually spotted with Jaden on the beach in Miami the week before).

To go with his fresh cut, Jaden sported a Coachella-approved button down and cut-off shorts at the festival, while Odessa went for the carefree 90s vibe in oversized overalls and a tube top.

Last week, you might have seen the pics of Will Smith cutting off Jaden’s dreads, which Will posted on Facebook with the caption “Getting Jaden Smith ready for the first day of filming #LifeInAYear…maybe I should’ve used scissors?!”

Looks like Jaden made the cut in preparation for his new movie, Life In A Year, which is produced by Will and co-stars Cara Delevingne.

The new haircut is a big change, but it definitely makes him look more mature.
